Judgement Day was today and what an occasion it has been. There was I sitting down in the hot and stuffy hall, together with the rest of my classmates, awaiting our future which is literally in our form teacher's hands. Mr Shan doesn't look too happy though. It's as if he's forcing a heavy smile on his face. I was nervous, yes and uncertain about my future. The longest queue in my life was this one, whereby I got to see my friends break down into tears of joy while I await my turn. Little did I expect that the tiny piece of paper that I got have the power to change my life completely...

I aimed and wished to go to a Mass Comm/Media Studies course in any poly but my English grades were not up to standard. That's the sad part. Now comes the happy one. I got better grades for my Maths and Science subjects, way ahead than i first expected. People say the prelims are more difficult to handle than the 'O's itself but I admit in my 'O' papers, i left more blanks than I did during my prelims. So whether you wanna take it that I'm foolish not to complete my 'O' papers or that I was lucky to score in my prelims it's all up to your conscience.

I feel like I'm eating a sweet and sour dish. I had better grades for Maths and Science but my English grade was a letdown. Eventually when i 'swallowed' both together, the 'taste' was somehow not bad afterall. Feeling proud is one thing, being satisfied is another. I've finally managed to exorcise the ghosts of E Maths and Sciences.

Now come another dilemma. Poly or JC? Looks like I'll spend the rest of the week pondering about it. Que sera, sera.. what will be, will be

Final score:
Eng (B4)
E Maths (B3)
Combined Humanities (A2)
Geography (A2)
Chem/Bio (B3)
Malay (A1)
Malay (Oral) Dist
