Tuesday, April 12, 2005 The moment I stepped out from the lift at Woodlands Civic Centre, Level 4, I saw a long queue presented to my eyes. No, I'm not that dumb to go all the way to the front of the queue to know where it's leading to. No doubt it's the SATA Clinic. It nearly gave me an impression that a new 4D booth has just been opened there. The queue snaked so far that it made me came back again at around 4.30pm just for my medical check up. That's one issue. The queue. Then came the X-ray. The girls were made to wear robes. And just as I guessed, they were constantly holding the top part of the cloth just in case their assets were far too heavy for the already-tightly-tied robes. And then came a scene whereby it almost stimulated me. I was made to take off my shirt in the dimly lit room. The breeze from the air-condition was perfect. Out of nowhere, a deep and sexy voice ordered me to lean my body against a piece of metal and put my arms around it. It was a virgin feeling of my nipples touching a piece of cold metal. I thought it was a new method that the Government implemented to boost our sex life so as to increase the number of babies born. But I think too soon. Before I could feel myself, the voice sounded again. "It's over." Still in amazement, I stepped out of the room, luckily still in a state of sanity to put my shirt back on. There I watch the next victim going into the room, about to experience the same thing but many with a different effect. That's another issue. The X-ray. The urine test was next. It was a breeze for me, at least the first time. Yeah, they did made me do the second time. Oh man, how am I going to squeeze my juices out for the second time in less than half an hour without even having any liquid entering my body after the first time? But me being me, still managed to let out a tiny weeny bit that was just enough for the nurses to do the tests on my urine. I think they used my first sample for their extensive researches. Perhaps they found me too cocky during the other check-up stations. That's the urine test. I met this devout Christian by the name of Gerald. Since I admitted that I'm open about sensitive issue such as religion, he kept bombarding me with Jesus Christ and his resurrection and how his blood covered Christians so that God see them as pure creatures. No surprise. He's involved in an organisation, spreading Christianity and revealing the real truth behind it. I'm not damning him. Instead, I'm thanking him for filling up my waiting time with something educational. Nice guy, yet not annoying, with a tinge of fluent English usage and accent. Hope to meet him back in SP though he's in the Aerospace course. But he's not lame! How? Maybe I've not seen the "best" of him. What a day. A very nice day for me, no doubt. |
