My start to the new semester was plain retard.

Okay, that sounds a bit too vulgar. It's just abnormal, I should say. Both in the good and bad ways.

The first lesson I had was fantastic, needless to say. I had the chance to fiddle around with video camcorders for the first time ever. I know I very the suaku. I don't own an mp3 player, to set the record straight, what more a digicam. I am even using a handphone, those as big as a brick with a stupid antenna protruding out.

Despite having the chance to be a director, cameraman and the people behind the scenes in the TV productions, I'm still not keen to take up the Specialist Dip. in Digital Film & TV. At $1,500 for 3 years, maybe it's worth the money. But what about time? Most importantly, I don't have the interest in it. Maybe not yet...

Anyway, the DMS is gonna be a place full of nice memories. Great facilities and not to mention lecturers too. Last term there was Ms Nga. This term isn't any worse. Ms Kwa is just as great, that's what my first impression of her is. And at one glance, i can mistook her for Ms Nga's sister. The way they walk, the way they dress, the way they conduct lessons... everything is just too similar to be different.

But yet again, their surnames are different. So I guess that'll put my doubts to rest.

Econs weren't as bad as I thought it would be. For the first time ever, I get the chance to sit in the front rows of the lecuture theatre. Did I make it sound as if it's nice? 'cause it really isn't. What's worse is that I'm sitting directly in front of the lecturer. RIGHT IN FRONT.

And when she started speaking I was like, FUCK. This is gonna be yet another BITCH. But hell no, she's pretty knowledgable and somehow her lesson seem interesting despite teaching a rather dry module. Perhaps it's the closeness I share with her. And no, I still think that it sucks.

If that's a 'thumbs up' for me, the next lecturer was certainly a 'thumbs down'. Ironically, the following lecture is being held at the very same lecture hall as the previous one. 2 different lecture, 2 different lecturers, 2 different experiences.

The latter is boring. Plain boring. The lecturer looks very inexperienced, very much like me when I do presentations. Yeah, you read it right. I present boring-ly. Hah! Luckily at the end of his class,I didn't draw the map of Singapore on the table- with my saliva. But his dry jokes and blur-like-sotong-outlook make me appreciate him. Did I?

And as interesting as 'Web Publishing' may sound, I only learn how to copy HTML codes from the notes to Dreamweaver. "Finish already? Ya, you can go home... have a nice holiday."

Of course we can't escape some blabberings here and there, else a class wouldn't be complete right? Pity this lecturer of mine, either he have a stiff neck or have broken it before. He just doesn't turn his head!

This is a boring entry I should say, as my previous entries would have been too. The worse thing to have happened today? Starting off school with a 9-5 schedule- with bad flu bugging me all day long.

The best thing? I saw a beauty.

And no, there's no beast in sight. ;)

Happy Deepavali and Happy Holidays!
