I have been waiting to go back to school once more, after such a long hiatus from it. I'd say it has been a well-deserved break for me. Yeah, I call it a 'break' 'cause I practically rot at home each and every day. Kudos to those who have been working so hard in this semester break. (Working here refers to being out in the recruit-and-retrench world, NOT revising for the upcoming semester)

Isn't it nice to have cash in your hands? Cash that's worth every sweat that you drop, (ignore this if you're working under the air-con) that you earned so hard for, that you feel is satisfactory of all your diligence and hard work...

I won't be surprised if I see human beings, that I know of, with the symbol '$' in their eyeballs. No, no... it's not that they are wearing the new contact lenses that bears that particular pattern. I'd say the things that come to their minds now are 'Shop', 'Spend' and 'Indulge'. Who can blame them? It's finally time for them to wind down, shop and hang around!

As for me it's to the hammock once again as I take a step back, looking at fashionistas sashaying down the corridors of SP once the school reopens. 'No money, no honey', as the saying goes. I still prefer the Ah Beng style though, 'No money, no talk. Just sit once corner and watch lah!'

School's on next week and I was looking through my calendar just now, already searching for the next term break. And as if I hadn't realise this weeks ago, I have to come to school for only 3 days! Talk about a perfect start to school! But, I'd rather look at it at a pessimistic point of view. Here's why...

Monday - School
Tuesday -Deepavali (No school...)
Wednesday - School
Thursday - Hari Raya (No school, AGAIN!)
Friday - School

Wah lau!!! Can we don't have school on the eve of the public holidays?!?!? As for the Friday, maybe I take LOA lah. I've never taken one before for my own personal reasons leh, like down with a sickness or just plain lazy to attend school. In fact there's only one and only time when I took the LOA, that's also thanks to a teacher in charge of an event.

But don't rate me an angel just yet. I do ponteng (see also: skip classes) here and there sometimes. Worse, or best still, I participate in 'Mass Ponteng'. Oh man... these are the stuffs that are going down 'Memory Lane' once I graudate from SP. =)

But anyway, I've not seen my friends for so long already lah. Every single soul out there that I know of. So I think it's better to come on those school days to catch up with them. Blame my fasting period ah, it slows me down to a snail's pace. I can live without food but not without water. Period.

spac2go's BBQ is on tomorrow at ECP, not the highway though but the 'sandy'-way. and I'm still in search for this particular soul by the initials of 'hd'. Somehow, I'm pretty sure he or she is a member of spac2go. I'll go hunt him down with my spear that I bought from Toys 'R' Us tomorrow. I hope it'll do me wonders...
