For the first time since I-don't-know-how-many-seasons-ago, American Idol managed to move me to tears. Not once, but twice. OMG.

For once, I'd scrap the Chinese idiom that goes, 'Man only shed blood, they never shed a tear'. Did I get it right there? Heh.

If you had watched the entire episode of AI on last Wenesday night, you wouldn't have missed this 3 cowboys. Well, let's not mention about their bad singing of course. Let's talk about looovveee, people.

There's so much of brotherly loooovvveee between them! OMG! Especially the last part, when they were all rejected and were made to go home. The youngest of the lot teared, only to be consoled by the eldest guy who acted like a true brother to all of them...

Aaaawwww..... I suddenly found myself scrambling for a piece of tissue, can!

And the second tear-dropping-exercise was saved for the black brothers, don't mean to be racist there.

Fast-foward to the last part of the show where ALL the participants, who made it through the next round, were put together in one room. High-fives were exchanged, hugs was thrown around. But in one corner of the room, there stood one lonely soul waiting patiently for his brother to come before him, praying that they'll share this dream of theirs together.

And the tearjerker part came when he finally saw his brother and hugged him tightly as tears of joy and relief roll down his cheeks. AAAAAAHHHH!!!! ANOTHER TISSUE PLEASE!!!! So touching lah!!!! Brotherly love rocks man!

One doubt though, the shots were perfect. Too perfect for it NOT to be scripted. But the emotions were so real... is the cameraman really that experienced to anticipate such a moment or did he just play his cards right?

Either way, I don't give a damn. Brotherly love.... [peace sign]
