I swear this is the most talked about topic yesterday, at least among the Year 1 DMC students: Econs is over! YES! YES! YES!

Like as if they're getting a freaking orgasm or something.

I can hear it everywhere and even the slightest smile carved on someone's face could tell the relief from this module that everyone dreaded. Argh. But the wait is finally over! Hahahahaha! *evil laughter*

The paper wasn't THAT difficult, but it wasn't THAT easy either. It was rather... manageable. Yeah. I blanked out at certain questions which my classmates would go, "That was freaking easy lah!!!" Plus, I added the ones I left out due to time constraints and it all added up to.......

.... well I just hope I can get through half of the paper. 'cause I'd pass this module overall and not retake it in next semester! Urgh. I really, really don't wanna touch Econs again. I suck at it, can?

After the Econs exam, I went out with my friends to have lunch and guys, please, please, please... don't let what happen yesterday, happen ever again. We took such a freaking long time to decide where we should go after loitering around at Bugis Junction! 45 mins to be exact! I don't know what went wrong with us but I guess that's the consequence of having too much time to kill! You just wouldn't know what to do!

Anyway, I went my own way by heading down to City Hall to meet my friends. I kinda have some MORE time to kill as we're supposed to meet only at around 4.30pm. So I decided to do more loitering look around for suitable presents for my upcoming anniversary.

It's so difficult to find a suitable present! I wanted something original from myself, something made by my own hands like a cross-stitch or something but... we'll see how things goes. Hmmmm...

So, I tap my card onto the reader and walked towards Citylink and all of a sudden I saw this young lady aiming me. She had her eyes on me. No that sounds a bit too far. She actually made eye contact with me from afar, like as if we're long lost friends or something! And I have no choice but to walk past her and of course being stopped in my tracks as she approached me ala a salesperson...

Young lady: Hi, excuse me... Can you spare a moment or two?

Me: Yeah sure..

What was I thinking?!?!?

Young lady: We're looking for models currently..

Me: I'm sorry?

Young lady: We're looking for young talents to be our model currently and you seem to be suitable for our company.

Me: Oh okay...

Young lady: So could you give me your name and your number and we'll contct you for an interview soon?

The conversation went on somwhere along that lahh..

So I went to give my name and HP number, in which she gave her company card in return...

And I thought she was a freaking salesperson in the first place! Holy shit! Then I went on walking, thinking "Me? Model?" I think even my reflection in the mirror would laugh his head off... No, no... that's way too scaaaarrryyyy.

There sure have been a lot of people being approached by this kinda 'salespeople' whom would always worship Orchard Road every weekend. So whatever happened to them?

Yan said that they have to do their own portfolios, meaning take their photos the makeover-style and that would mean spend hundreds for it! And worse still, after the REAL photoshoot for a client, these so-called 'modelling agencies' would take all your commissions away and you're left with no money at all! All your efforts gone down the drain because of these motherfuckers!

In other words, these 'models' are being conned. Yan's friends learnt it the hard way, and I surely don't wanna follow their path! I seem to generalise every modelling agencies but sorry, they way they approach me is waaayyy too casual and unconvincing anyway. Besides, I don't wanna be a part-time model. It just ain't my cup to tea...

Singapore beat Iraq with a score of 2-0 but I'm more concerned with the crowd actually. So damn bloody pathetic lahh!!! Where's the crowd from the Tiger Cup final? Where seas of red filled up the stadium to its fullest till you have to stand and sit on the steps? Oh wait.. maybe because it's a Wednesday. Oh well... what a pussy.

IPRA exam is next week and I already feel that my exams are over and done with. What the fuck am I thinking!?!?!?
